All prints are produced to order.
Personalised items (e.g., names, dates, custom text) are non-returnable unless faulty or damaged.
Non-personalised items
All prints and artworks sold through Donna Moon Art are made to order and/or printed on demand. Many pieces are also hand-finished, embellished, framed or created specifically for each order.
Because of the bespoke, made-to-order nature of our work, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged email us within 10 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Where appropriate, we may offer a repair, replacement or refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
